During this course you will:

  • Learn about working in the Health & Social Care sector, the roles available, and the career progression opportunities from those roles

  • Learn about the specific Mental Health roles you'll be applying for

  • Receive a tour of the Lancashire & South Cumbria Foundation Trust facility to meet patients and staff

  • You'll improve your employment skills, such as building a great CV and mastering interview techniques

  • You will also have access to a 1-1 mentor, financial support to help you and mental health support services.
